In consultancy, the practice includes the preparation of legal opinions and clarification of doubts on labor routines and controversial issues. The labor team also works on reviewing internal policies, preparing employment contracts and their amendments, providing advice on out-of-court transactions, negotiating with executives, and negotiating collective agreements.

In litigation, the area handles lawsuits with significant financial impact or involving strategic issues, following their developments from the first instance to the higher courts.
The team also works in conjunction with other areas of the law firm, providing support in due diligence work, mergers and acquisitions operations, internal investigations, among others.
The coordinator of the area, Alessandra Marcondes D'Elia, was recognized as one of the most admired lawyers in the country in the Análise Advocacia Mulher Edition 2021 ranking, in the economic sector of telecommunications and in the compliance specialty. She was also recognized in the 2022 edition of the ranking, in the economic sector of oil and gas and in the comprehensive category.
